There are moments in life that defy explanation, experiences that blur the lines between the physical and the metaphysical. My story begins with such a moment—a massive heart attack and dangerously high blood sugar levels sent me into a three-day coma. During that time, I drifted into a world far removed from the one I knew.
I awoke not to understanding, but to a reality I could no longer see the same way. Open-heart surgery followed, as did a long, painstaking recovery. What remained constant, though, were the memories—vivid, mystifying fragments of what I’d experienced during those three days.

This is my story—a story of survival, connection, and a deeper understanding of what it means to live.
